As regular attendance is an important condition for successful working. A previous written application for leave must be submitted advance, in case of illness and other unforeseen circumstances. The Guardian should inform the principal in writing as soon as possible. |

The name of any student who is absent for 6 days without leave shall be struck off. |

Students whose name has been struck off who remain absent without leave and who has been persistently late careless or undisciplined may be struck off without notice. |

Every student must be present on the re-opening day after each vacations. |

It is advisable to take care that a student is not disturbed during the examination days for attending family functions. No student can leave the school premises without the permission of principal. |

The principal has the right to suspend a student. The principal may also ask the parents/guardians to withdraw the child from the school if his/her conduct at progress in not satisfactory. |

All entries of absence late coming or half day leave should be made in the diary and not on sheets or scraps of paper. |
